Black Budget — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dizzywalk ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the game Black Budget (the "Game") on Google Play and related platforms. We built Black Budget to be fun without harvesting your personal life. This page describes exactly what the Game does and does not collect.

Short version.

Information we collect

The Game collects anonymous product analytics via PostHog when enabled, limited to gameplay events, an anonymous randomly-generated device id, session length, and device / OS / app-version. It is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect personal information

The Game has no account system and no login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any government identifier. You can play without providing any personal information.

Third-party services

The Game uses the following service providers only for the purposes described. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Online features

Optional leaderboards and shared 'declassified' runs transmit only your in-game run data with an anonymous, randomly-generated player id. A shared run is a link containing only game data — never your name, email, or contacts.

Children's privacy

Black Budget is an espionage-themed strategy game intended for teens and older; it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and security

On-device data lives only on your device until you remove it. Any anonymous analytics we process is retained only as long as needed to understand how the Game is used, then aggregated or deleted. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (encryption via HTTPS) and at rest.

Your choices and rights

Because the Game stores most data on your device, you can clear it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game. Where we process any anonymous analytics, you may contact us to ask what is held or to request deletion. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of information about you; contact us to exercise them. We honor Google Play's Data Safety declarations for the Game.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
