Empire Heat — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dizzywalk ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the game Empire Heat (the "Game") on Google Play and related platforms. We built Empire Heat to be fun without harvesting your personal life. This page describes exactly what the Game does and does not collect.

Short version.

Information we collect

The Game stores your progress, settings, and a small gameplay-diagnostics buffer on your device. In the default configuration those diagnostics are not transmitted to a hosted analytics provider. If purchase features are enabled, a signed-in account identifier plus product and transaction history are sent to Supabase and RevenueCat to verify purchases, prevent replay, and restore entitlements. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Accounts and personal information

You can play the default configuration without giving us your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or a government identifier. A non-anonymous Supabase account is required only when purchase features are enabled so purchases can remain bound to the same payer across devices. The exact sign-in fields offered by that release will be disclosed in its store Data Safety form.

Advertising, consent, and third parties

The Android package embeds AppLovin MAX and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), even while advertising is disabled. If an authorized release enables advertising, UMP must complete the regional consent/privacy-options flow before MAX requests an ad. MAX and configured mediation partners may then process device or advertising identifiers, approximate region, consent signals, ad interactions, diagnostics, and impression revenue for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement. UMP completing a form does not mean you consented to personalized advertising; your choices are passed through the provider consent framework. Purchase verification uses RevenueCat and Supabase. Provider policies are available at AppLovin Privacy, Google Privacy, RevenueCat Privacy, and Supabase Privacy.

Children's privacy

Empire Heat is a crime-themed strategy game intended for teens and older; it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and security

On-device data lives on your device until you remove it. Purchase and entitlement records may be retained as needed for restoration, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Provider retention is governed by the linked provider policies. We use reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS in transit, to protect transmitted data.

Your choices and rights

You can erase the local save, diagnostics, and settings through the in-game Privacy & Data screen, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling. Where required, the same screen opens the Google UMP privacy-options form so advertising choices can be reviewed or changed. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of account-side information; some transaction records may be retained where legally required. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may also have rights to access, delete, correct, or object to processing. We honor the Google Play Data Safety declaration for the released build.
