Four Square — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dizzywalk ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the game Four Square (the "Game") on Google Play and related platforms. We built Four Square to be fun without harvesting your personal life. This page describes exactly what the Game does and does not collect.

Short version.

Information we collect

The Game sends anonymous gameplay analytics to our own first-party server (for example: matches played, session length, feature usage) to tune balance and weekly cohorts. Events carry an anonymous, randomly-generated id only — no third-party analytics SDK is used.

We do not collect personal information

The Game has no account system and no login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any government identifier. You can play without providing any personal information.

Third parties

The Game does not share data with third-party advertising networks or data brokers, and does not embed third-party advertising SDKs.

Online features

Weekly leaderboards and challenge links use an anonymous, randomly-generated player id and transmit only in-game score/run data. A shared challenge is a link containing only game data — never your name, email, or contacts.

Children's privacy

Four Square is suitable for all ages. We collect no personal information such as names or emails from any player, and show no behavioral advertising. It is not directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal data, and none is collected.

Data retention and security

On-device data lives only on your device until you remove it. Any anonymous analytics we process is retained only as long as needed to understand how the Game is used, then aggregated or deleted. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (encryption via HTTPS) and at rest.

Your choices and rights

Because the Game stores most data on your device, you can clear it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game. Where we process any anonymous analytics, you may contact us to ask what is held or to request deletion. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of information about you; contact us to exercise them. We honor Google Play's Data Safety declarations for the Game.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
