Tidy Town: Pack & Restore

Updated September 23, 2026 · DizzyWalk Games · Android package com.dizzywalk.tidytown

Tidy Town stores puzzle progress locally, offers optional rewarded ads and purchases, and uses gameplay and advertising measurement subject to your privacy choices and applicable regional requirements. Google Play handles purchases.

What we do not collect

Tidy Town does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, precise location, or payment-card or bank credentials. Google Play handles payment credentials for purchases.

Identifiers and local game data

The game uses a pseudonymous player ID for local game state and purchase verification. When optional analytics is enabled, it also creates a separate random telemetry identifier to associate gameplay and measurement events. Turning analytics off deletes that local telemetry identifier; turning it on again creates a new one. Core puzzle progress and restoration choices can run locally on your device.

Optional analytics, advertising, and attribution

Where the game requires a privacy choice, optional analytics and attribution wait for your answer. In other regions, measurement may initially be enabled and can be turned off in Settings. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from playing or verifying purchases. Rewarded ads may still be available with privacy restrictions, subject to the advertising provider's consent requirements and ad availability.

When measurement is enabled, gameplay events, app version, technical signals, pseudonymous identifiers, and verified purchase or ad-revenue events may be sent through our telemetry service to PostHog and to Google Analytics for Firebase. We use these events to understand game performance, progression, purchases, and advertising results.

Tenjin provides install and campaign attribution. Where permitted by your choices and the enabled integration, it shares install and gameplay outcomes or verified purchase information with advertising partners including Meta and AppLovin. Meta may also receive separate ad-revenue measurement. Google measurement primarily uses Google Analytics for Firebase; Tenjin also forwards install events to Google. The enabled event types differ by partner. Purchase amounts and currencies are used for revenue measurement; game coins and other noncash rewards are not reported as purchases.

AppLovin MAX provides rewarded-ad mediation, including AppLovin demand and Google AdMob when enabled. These providers and their advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, network information, and device or app performance signals for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. Ad revenue is measured separately from in-app purchases. Provider privacy information is available from AppLovin, Google, Meta, Tenjin, and PostHog.

You can change optional measurement choices in Settings. Turning measurement off clears the local telemetry queue and identifier and stops optional analytics collection; applicable SDK privacy or opt-out signals are updated. Changes do not retrospectively erase records already received by a service. Advertising providers may present additional privacy choices where required.

The game may also handle crash logs and technical diagnostics to operate and improve the game.

Purchases and subscription records

For a purchase or restoration, the game sends the Google Play purchase token, product SKU, player ID, and install ID to its receipt-verification service. These verification records are needed even when optional analytics and ads are off. The service keeps a hash of the purchase token together with order, grant, and history records to support entitlement verification and restoration.

Purchase records may include the product, order identifier, verified amount and currency, entitlement, subscription renewal, and refund or revocation status. We use these records to deliver and restore purchases, reconcile charges and refunds, and prevent duplicate grants. These essential purchase records are separate from optional advertising measurement.

Local removal, records, and requests

Clearing app storage or uninstalling the game removes local app data from that device. If Android backup is enabled, Android may restore progress, settings, your privacy choice, and saved identifiers when you reinstall or move to another device. The game excludes its per-device session record and its own unsent telemetry file from Android backup; this does not describe every third-party SDK's storage.

Local removal does not delete telemetry or purchase-verification records already sent to server services. Those records may be retained to support access, restoration, refunds, and fraud prevention. Contact us about access or deletion requests using the address below.
